SeasonPilot service terms

Effective 6 October 2026. These terms apply between the merchant using SeasonPilot and the operator identified on the Studio8022 business details page.

The service

SeasonPilot supplies decorative storefront effects, previews and scheduling for compatible Shopify Online Store themes. You choose which occasions, dates and pages are appropriate for your business. Theme compatibility, browser settings and platform availability can affect display. We do not guarantee an increase in sales or conversion.

Subscriptions

US$3.99 per month or US$24 per year, billed through Shopify, plus applicable taxes. Annual billing is one US$24 charge for the year, not twelve monthly US$2 payments. Both plans include the same effect library and scheduling. Eligible stores receive a seven-day trial as displayed by Shopify. Renewals, plan changes and cancellation take effect according to the Shopify approval and billing screens. Pausing effects is separate from cancelling a subscription. Contact support with billing disputes; mandatory consumer or commercial rights are unaffected.

Your responsibilities

Keep your Shopify account secure. Preview effects on the devices and pages you support before publishing. Confirm observance dates, local timezone and page targeting. Do not use the app unlawfully or attempt to interfere with other stores or our infrastructure.

Artwork and availability

Your subscription permits use of included artwork through SeasonPilot on the subscribed store. It does not transfer ownership or permit resale of the asset library. We may improve or replace effects and change the service with appropriate notice. Shopify or infrastructure interruptions can delay publication; expired or unverified settings stop displaying. We may suspend access for security, abuse or unpaid subscriptions.

Support, liability and data

Contact support for faults or questions. The service is provided with reasonable care; no promise of uninterrupted operation is made. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights where applicable law prohibits doing so. Personal-data processing is described in our privacy notice and data processing agreement. Material changes will be communicated through the app or available account contact details.
